Our Guarantee

Every order from IDML Workwear is checked before it leaves us. If there is a problem that is down to us, we will put it right.

What we guarantee

• Your decoration will match the proof you approved.
• Garments will be free from manufacturing faults.
• If we get it wrong, we will reprint, re-embroider, replace or refund, and cover the carriage.

What is not covered

• Errors in artwork, spelling or sizing that were on the proof you approved.
• Items ordered in the wrong size or colour.
• Normal wear and tear, or damage from not following the garment care label.

Making a claim

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 01983 528088 or at salesteam@idml.com, with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions explain the full process.

We may update our product range and specifications without notice. We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but please contact us if anything is unclear before you order.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
